She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at HDEX Group and Tompkins Ventures Partner. Its currently Chief Operations Officer at Tapuat Leadership and Founder/CEO of STRACTIX. Her broad-based expertise includes; building World Class Procurement & Supply Chain Orgs, Transformational Leadership, Growth Strategy, Strategic Planning, Propelling Innovation through Agile New Product Ideation/Development/Commercialization, and Creating Engaged & Resilient Culture.

Eager to broaden his impact, AJ joined BNSF Logistics, playing an instrumental role in expanding the international sales department. His strategic vision and leadership were pivotal in driving revenue growth and establishing BNSF Logistics as a competitive force in the global market.
Most recently, AJ has dedicated six years to collaborating with startups, specializing in building and optimizing Customer Success and Implementation teams.
